Product Release 4.54 Featuring Faster Triage, Scalable Access

Overview

This release introduces Custom SmartViews, enabling teams tocreate tailored triage views in natural language, and Hierarchical BusinessUnits, a new enterprise access model built for complex organisationalstructures.

Together, these updates help customers reduce manual triage, improve access governance, and scale security workflows faster.

Custom SmartViews

Users can now generate personalised SmartViews with a singleprompt, describing exactly how they want threats and countermeasures filtered, prioritised, and displayed.

Customer impact
• Faster triage workflows
• More relevant T&C prioritisation
• Reusable saved SmartViews
• Less manual effort to reach action-ready outputs

This gives teams faster time-to-value and more control overhow findings are operationalised.

Hierarchical Business Units

Enterprise customers like Deloitte and Carl Zeiss needed amore mature RBAC model capable of reflecting real organisational structures. With Hierarchical Business Units, administrators can now model Business Unitsin a fixed three-level tree, where access automatically scales throughparent-child relationships.

This means users assigned to a parent BU automaticallyinherit visibility into projects assigned to its child BUs, while permissionscontinue to be controlled by project roles.

Customer impact
• Scalable enterprise access control
• Less redundant BU configuration
• Better alignment with real org structures
• Cleaner governance for large multi-division customers
• Easier administration at scale

This is a major step forward for customers managing largeglobal business hierarchies with strict access boundaries.

Continuous improvements

This release also includes 54 delivered tickets acrossSmartView stability, delegated countermeasure workflows, Draw.iosynchronisation, issue tracker reliability, and performance improvements.

Highlights include:
• SmartView backend optimisations
• Better Draw.io sync performance
