Support for AWS Cloud Infrastructure, now in Community Edition
Community Edition users can import their AWS environment directly into IriusRisk, automatically mapping cloud resources into threat models for seamless analysis, try it out today and share your feedback!

Import Generic Shapes by Default when Importing Lucidchart Diagrams
When importing a Lucidchart, all shapes will be brought into the new IriusRisk project by default, even if they don’t match any IriusRisk component. In such cases, they will be included as Empty Components. See example below of Lucidchart diagram and then how it imported into IriusRisk.

Tooltip update for unsynced components
When you place a component that is not yet synced with your model, the hover message now tells you exactly what to do: click Update model in the top right to include its threats and countermeasures and keep your diagram fully aligned with your model.

Full text display for custom fields
Tooltips now reveal the complete content of custom fields on hover so you can view full field values at a glance without any truncation.

New empty state in the project list
When a project search yields no results, you’ll now see a clear message offering guidance on refining your filters or creating a new project, so you always know the next step.

Improved wording in export warning and help menu
We’ve refined the text in both the export warning and the help menu to make instructions clearer and more concise, ensuring you know exactly what will happen when you export and how to access support resources without ambiguity.

Improved clarity in Rules configuration labels
We have updated the labels for Conditions and Actions in the Rules configuration to be more specific and intuitive, making it easier to understand and manage your rule settings at a glance.
Persistent detail panels after saving edits
We’ve updated the behaviour across Component definitions, Assets, Trust Zones, Security Classifications and Standards so that when you save your edits the detail panel remains open, eliminating extra clicks and keeping your workflow consistent with other panels on the platform.
